Block Resistance

Undesired adhesion may occur under temperature / pressure / long storage leading to visible damage to print integrity when the substrates are separated. To prevent this, we recommend products such as S-395, S-483, SST-3-RC, NonSKID 5389, and SPP 25

Abrasion Resistance

Abrasion resistance is the ability to withstand the effects of repeated rubbing and scuffing, and to preserve print integrity and quality. Products such as S-395, S-483 can greatly improve the ink’s abrasion resistance.

Nonskid Inks

Addition of products such as NonSKID 5389, and SPP 25 provide traction or grip control to the overall surface.

Insoluble in Solvent Systems

We recommend hard waxes such as FluoroSLIP 515, FluoroSLIP 605 to provide the abrasion resistance and slip needed in certain solvent systems.
