S-368 N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of polyethylene wax. This hydrophilic wax forms a true dispersion in water without the addition of co-solvents.

Hydrophilic Synthetic Wax Powder

Powders can be made wettable with wetting agents. The Neptune products are composed of hydrophilized synthetic waxes, thus making them excellent for polar systems.

Product Description:

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C.

Application:

S-368-N5T is used in water-based inks and coatings. S-368-N5T is used in both air dry and baked coatings. For ink formulations, Neptune 1-N5 is recommened for 1-2% of total formula weight. In coatings, this product is recommened at 1-3%.
