PowderTEX 25-RC is 100% pure PTFE for thermoplastics and texturing agent for powder coatings.
Application
PowderTEX 25-RC is PTFE powder for various applications such as thermoplastics, and powder coating. It is designed to produce a fine texture effect in powder coatings. This material is not shear sensitive; therefore pre-mix techniques are not critical. As the PowderTEX 25-RC levels are increased in powder coating, gloss will decrease and texture appearance will become more pronounced. PowderTEX 25-RC is incorporated by dry blending prior to extrusion on thermoplastics and powder coatings.
