Continuing this tradition we have developed dispersions of our submicron NanoFLON® PTFE in a range of carriers to improve our customer’s ease of incorporation and decrease production time. These products are ideal for use in
extreme pressure, antiwear and low friction lubricants under high or low temperatures.
Product Description
NanoFLON® PIB25-RC is a stable, 25% dispersion of premium grade submicron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in poly-isobutene and ester oil. This product is produced in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.
Application
NanoFLON® PIB25-RC is a multifunctional additive providing extreme pressure, anti-wear and low friction properties to automotive and industrial lubricants. NanoFLON® PIB25-RC is an easy-to-handle liquid that is specifically designed to be dispersed in poly-isobutene and ester oil. (Formulators should confirm system capability.) The submicron PTFE makes it ideal for use in extreme pressure, anti-wear and low friction lubricants and coatings under high or low temperatures.
