Micronized Polytetrafluoroethylene Powder

Product Description:

MicroFLON® T-801-RC micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder is produced to be in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.

Application:

MicroFLON® T-801-RC powder are developed as a performance additive for thermoplastic polymers and elastomers to reduce friction and enhance anti-wear properties. MicroFLON® T-801-RC powder is manufactured from recycled PTFE and offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint relative to the use of virgin PTFE. They may be compounded into polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polycarbonates, and other engineering plastics and their blends. Addition of 5 – 25% of total formula weight provides excellent lubricity and anti-wear properties.
