PTFE Dispersion

Shamrock offers dispersions of PTFE that may be poured directly from the drum into the mixing container. They assure good wetting, uniform composition, and avoid the handling of powder. They are available in a range of printing ink vehicles, solvents, and in combination with wax.

Product Description:

FluoroSPERSE® 7908 is dark colored dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a general use lithographic varnish.

Application:

FluoroSPERSE® 7908 is widely used in the offset ink industry. It is recommended for heatset inks at 2-4% of total formula weight.
