Fluoro GS designates a series of powders are made from unsintered, suspension grade Natural Prime PTFE. The products in this series are characterized by the uniform, crystalline structure of PTFE with increased slip and abrasion properties.
Product Description
NanoFLON® 160G-RC is a low molecular weight PTFE that consists of loose agglomerates of primary particles. The high surface area of these free-flowing powders makes them efficient thickeners. Its small primary particle size allows it to fit between “point” contacts between mating surfaces, and into small asperities, to prevent wear, and improve release properties. It is produced to be in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.
Application
Fluoro GS 100-RC is used for applications in industries such as aviation, aerospace, Mil-Spec, automotive, chain lubes, brake applications and other industries where high performance lubricants are required. This product can be used in conjunction with silicone, PAO and other industrial oils.
