The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.
Product Description
AquaFLON® 178G-RC is an aqueous dispersion of a blend of a synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is produced to be in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.
Application
AquaFLON® 178G-RC is recommended for water-based inks and coatings. AquaFLON® 178G-RC is recommended for both clear and pigmented compositions at 1-5% of of the total formula weight.
