HydroCER® AE-50P is an aqueous paraffin emulsion that provides excellent water repellency and water beading properties in various aqueous coatings. HydroCER® AE-50P will increase hydrophobicity and help reduce surfactant leaching and water spotting in all types of water-based coatings.
Application
HydroCER® AE-50P is recommended for aqueous coating systems. HydroCER® AE-50P is recommended for architectural paints and in finishes for wood, concrete, industrial, decorative and any applications that require hydrophobicity and water beading. HydroCER® AE-50P has been specifically formulated to help mitigate the detrimental effect water has on coatings, such as surfactant leaching and water spotting. Recommended usage level, 3-8% by weight of total formulation.
