NanoFLON 101T-RC is a virgin PTFE micronized to various particle sizes and are FDA compliant for applications requiring food contact. This product is produced to be in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.
Application
NanoFLON 101T-RC is designed for food contact applications. These applications include: food processing, machine parts, and medical devices. This PTFE additives are recommended for thermoplastics and eslastomers to reduce friction and enhance anto-wear properties.
This powder can be compounded into polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polycarbonate, and other engineering plastics. NanoFLON 101T-RC is effective in elastomers and blends of various engineering plastics.
