Description

Powders can be made wettable with wetting agents. The Neptune products are composed of hydrophilized synthetic waxes, thus making them excellent for polar systems.

Product Description

Neptune 5223 is a synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettability and has a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

Application

Neptune 5223 is used in water-based inks and coatings. Neptune 5223 is recommended for liquid and UV inks and coatings.
