Product Description:

SST®-3H-RC is a micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder and is produced to be in compliance with EU regulatory requirements.

Application:

SST®-3H-RC is developed as a performance additives to enhance surface properties in inks and coatings. It is recommended for use in paste and liquid formulations, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks and coatings systems at 0.5 – 3.0% of total formula weight. It may be used at reduced loadings when paired with Shamrock’s S-394 N1 or S-395 N1 polyethylene waxes. It is recommended to use 0.5 – 1.0% PTFE when used with 2.0 – 5.0% polyethylene wax.
