MicroFLON T-Series powders are recycled PTFE micronized to various particle sizes.
MicroFLON® T-Series
Micronized Polytetrafluoroethylene Powder
MicroFLON® T-Series is based on recycled PTFE powder that offers an attractive alternative to costly Natural Prime PTFE. As confirmed in recent independent testing, MicroFLON® T offers superior coefficient of friction and wear resistance in both nylon and polyoxymethylene when compared against Natural Prime PTFE. Recycled PTFE also offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint relative to the use of prime PTFE.
