Shamrock MicroFLON® S-Series products represent the finest in process-controlled micronized Natural Prime PTFE powders. In thermoplastics and elastomers, MicroFLON® S facilitates lubrication and wear resistance. The tight process and particle size control typical of the MicroFLON® product line allows for easy dispersion, and distribution of the product.

Application:
MicroFLON® S-Series Powders are designed for thermoplastics and elastomers to reduce friction and enhance anti-wear properties.
MicroFLON® S-Series Powders can be compounded into polyesters, polyamides, polyacetals, polycarbonate, and other engineering plastics. MicroFLON® S Powders have high thermal stability, ideal for polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide, polyether ether ketone, and other high temperature applications.
MicroFLON® S is also effective in elastomers and blends of various engineering plastics.
