PTFE Dispersion

Shamrock offers dispersions of PTFE that may be poured directly from the drum into the mixing container. They assure good wetting, uniform composition, and avoid the handling of powder. They are available in a range of printing ink vehicles, solvents, and in combination with wax.

Product Description:

FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 is a 40% dispersion of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) in TRPGDA monomer.


FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 is recommended for UV inks and coatings at a recommended level of 3.0-5.0% of PTFE to the total formula weight.
