PTFE Aqueous Dispersion

The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

Product Description:

AquaFLON® 60 is a self-stable 60% Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in water.


AquaFLON® 60 offers PTFE’s inherently excellent lubrication properties in a proprietary, self-stable water dispersion. AquaFLON® 60 is ideal for all water-borne coating and lubricant systems. Its small, uniformly-sized particles (1-3 µm) dispersed in an aqueous system, make it easy to incorporate into a wide range of applications including;

  • Metal, Plastic, Glass, and Paper Coatings
  • Mold Release Lubricants
  • Metal Cutting and Stamping Lubricants
