Micronized Wax

Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

Product Description

S-379-N8 is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt above 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting.


S-379-N8 is recommended for use in water-based and general purpose industrial coatings at 2-3% of total formula weight. S-379-N8 is recommended for powder coatings as a slip and degassing agent.
