FluoroSLIP® 225 FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.
 

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 225 can be used in both the ink and coatings industries. FluoroSLIP® 225 is recommended for offset inks and for water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems at 1-3% of the total formulation weight. It is also used in powder coatings.
FluoroSLIP® 421T FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of Spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.
 

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 421T can be used in both the ink and coatings industries. FluoroSLIP® 421T is recommended for offset inks and water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-3% of the total formulation weight. It is also used in powder coatings.
 
FluoroSLIP® 511 FluoroSLIP® 511 is a blend of high melting synthetic wax and PTFE.

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 511 can be used in both the ink and coating industry. FluoroSLIP® 511 is recommended for  offset inks and water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-3% of the total formulation weight. It is also used in powder coatings.
 
FluoroSLIP® 515 FluoroSLIP® 515 is a combination of high melting synthetic wax and PTFE.
 

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 515 can be used in both the ink and coating industry. FluoroSLIP® 515 is recommended for offset inks and water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-3% of the total formulation weight. It is also widely used in powder coatings.
 
FluoroSLIP® 533 FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 533 can be used in both the ink and coating industry. FluoroSLIP® 533 is recommended for  water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-3% of the total formulation weight.
 
FluoroSLIP® 605 FluoroSLIP® 605 is a combination of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.
 

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 605 can be used in both the ink and coatings industries. FluoroSLIP® 605 is recommended for offset inks and water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-3% of the total formulation weight. It is also used in powder coatings.
 
FluoroSLIP® 731 MG FluoroSLIP® 731 MG is a combination of a high melting synthetic wax, carnauba wax, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) where the wax blend shows a melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.
 

Applications: FluoroSLIP® 731 MG is recommended for thin film water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-2% of the total formula weight. It is especially recommended for can coatings.
 
Lo Angle 5413 Lo Angle 5413 is a synthetic wax showing multiple melting peaks ranging from 107 – 142°C.
 

Applications: Lo Angle 5413 is used in both the ink and coating industry. Lo Angle 5413 is recommended for offset inks, powder coatings, wood coatings, water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-3% of total formula weight.
 
Neptune 1-N1 Neptune 1-N1 is a medium MW synthetic wax treated to provide water wettability.
 

Applications: Neptune 1-N1 is used in water-based inks and coatings.  Neptune 1-N1 is used in both air dry and baked coatings. For ink formulations, Neptune 1-N1 is recommened for 1-2% of total formula weight. In coatings, this product is recommened at 1-3%.
 
Neptune 1-N5 S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C.
 

Applications: Neptune 1-N5 is used in water-based inks and coatings.  Neptune 1-N5 is used in both air dry and baked coatings. For ink formulations, Neptune 1-N5 is recommened for 1-2% of total formula weight. In coatings, this product is recommened at 1-3%.
 
Neptune 5223 Neptune 5223 is a synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettability and has a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.
 

Applications: Neptune 5223 is used in water-based inks and coatings. Neptune 5223 is recommended for liquid and UV inks and coatings.
 
NonSKID 5389 NonSKID 5389 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax.
 

Applications: NonSKID 5389 is used in air dry, baked, and radiation coatings for aqueous, solvent, UV, and powder systems at 3-5% of total formula weight. NonSKID 5389 is designed to impart non-skid properties in overprint varnishes. NonSKID 5389 is non-abrasive and will deform under extreme pressure to give some measure of rub resistance.
 
S-232 N1 S-232-N1 is a synthetic and carnauba wax alloy showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.

Applications: S-232-N1 is recommended for use in water-based inks. S-232-N1 is also recommended for all clear OPV, water-based, solvent-based, and UV coatings at 1-3% of the total formula weight.
S-256-N1 S-256-N1 is a carnauba and synthetic wax alloy showing melting peaks ranging from 95 – 113°C.
 

Applications: S-256-N1 is recommended for water-based inks.  S-232-N1 is also recommened for all clear OPV, water-based, solvent-based, and UV coatings at 1-3% of the total formula weight.
 
S-363 S-363 is a synthetic wax alloy showing melting peaks ranging from 92 – 141°C.
 

Applications: S-363 is recommended for use in liquid inks. S-363 is also recommeneded for all powder, water-based, solvent-based, powder, and UV systems at 1-4% of the total formula weight.
 
S-379-H S-379-H is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting.
 

Applications: S-379-H is recommended for liquid and paste inks and for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings.S-379-H can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-379-H is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-379-N8 S-379-N8 is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt above 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting.

Applications: S-379-N8 is recommended for use in water-based and general purpose industrial coatings at 2-3% of total formula weight. S-379-N8 is recommended for powder coatings as a slip and degassing agent.
S-381-N1 S-381-N1 is a micronized synthetic and natural wax alloy that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C.
 

Applications: S-381-N1 is used in both the ink and coating industry. S-381-N1 is recommended for liquid inks.  S-381-N1 is also recommened for powder, water-based and UV coating systems at 1-5% of total formula weight. Note: Do Not Dissolve. Do not heat above 140 ˚F.
 
S-381-N5 S-381-N5 is a modified, micronized blend of natural and synthetic wax that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C.
 

Applications: S-381-N5 is recommened for liquid inks.  S-381-N5 is also recommened for powder, water-based and UV coating systems at 1-3% of total formula weight.
 
S-390-C S-390-C is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt above 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting.
 

Applications: S-390-C is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-390-C is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder. S-390-C can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-390-C is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-394-MG S-394-MG is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C.
 

Applications: S-394-MG is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-394-MG is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings.S-394-MG can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-394-MG is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-394-N1 S-394-N1 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting.
 

Applications: S-394-N1 is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-394-N1 is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings.  S-394-N1 can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-394-N1 is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-394-N5 S-394-N5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting.

S-394-N5 is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-394-SD4 S-394-SD4 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting.
 

Applications: S-394-SD4 is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-394-SD4 is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings. S-394-SD4 can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-394-SD4 is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-395-N2 S-395-N2 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity and high onset of melt.
 

Applications: S-395-N2 is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-395-N2 is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings.S-395-N2 can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-395-N2 is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-395-N5 S-395-N5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity and high onset of melt.

S-395-SP5 S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity and high onset of melt.
 

Applications: S-395-SP5 is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-395-SP5 is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings.S-395-SP5 can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-395-SP5 is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight for slip and abrasion resistance and 5-10% for matting.
 
S-400-N1 S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C.
 

Applications: S-400-N1 is used in both the ink and coating industry. S-400-N1 is recommended for powder, water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems at 1-2% of the total formula weight.
 
S-400-N5 S-400-N5 is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C.
 

Applications: S-400-N5 is used in both the ink and coating industry. S-400-N5 is recommended for powder, water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-2% of the total formula weight.
 
S-400-Q S-400-Q is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 108 – 146°C.
 

Applications: S-400-Q is used in both the ink and coating industry. S-400-Q is recommended for powder, water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-2% of the total formula weight.
 
S-400-SP5 S-400-SP5 is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 107 – 145°C.
 
 

Applications: S-400-SP5 is used in both the ink and coating industry. S-400-SP5 is recommended for powder, leather, water-based, solvent-based and UV systems at 1-2% of the total formula weight.
 
S-483 S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity.
 

Applications: S-483 is recommended for liquid and paste inks. S-483 is also recommended for use in many types of coating systems including solvent-based, water-based, UV, and powder coatings. S-483 can be used for both pigmented and clear compositions. S-483 is recommended at 2-3% of total formula weight.
 
S-NAUBA 5021 S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C.
 

Applications: S-NAUBA 5021 is used in both the ink and coating industry at a recommended level of 0.5-3.0%. S-NAUBA 5021 is recommended for both paste inks and powder coatings in all aqueous/solvent based systems.
 
Taber Plus 75 Taber Plus 75 is a synthetic wax blend that has components showing melting peaks ranging from 83 – 125°C.
 

Applications: Taber Plus 75 is used in both air dry and baked coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 1-3% of total formula weight.
 
Taber Tiger 5512 Taber Tiger 5512 is a highly crystalline grade of synthetic wax and is produced to rigid particle size specifications.
 

Applications: Taber Tiger 5512 is used in both air dry and baked coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 1-2% of total formula weight. Taber Tiger 5512 provides wear resistance without slip due to the large particle size.
