FluoroTEX 130 FluoroTEX 130 is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) texturing agent.
 

Applications: The FluoroTEX 130 is stable, compatible, and easily dispersed in all solvent, water-based radiation curable, powder, air dry, and high temperature baked coatings. This product is ideal for systems that need high heat resistance, like coil coatings. Additions of 10-25% of this product are used to obtain a uniform textured appearance.

PowderTEX 61 PowderTEX 61 is an off-white free flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder that has been treated with a higher surface area inert spacer to facilitate ease of handling.
 

Applications: PowderTEX 61 is used in baked coatings for powder systems at 1-2% of total formula weight. PowderTEX is added to the pre-mix prior to extrusion.
PowderTEX 94 PowderTEX 94 is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) developed as a texturing agent for powder coatings.
 

Applications: PowderTEX 94 is used in all types of powder coatings at 1-2% of total formula weight.
 
SPP Series SPP Series consists of isotactic polypropylene in a controlled range of particle sizes. The SPPs are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based coatings.
 

Applications: The SPP Series are recommended in both air dry and baked coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 5-15% of total formula weight.
 
SPP–10 SPP-10 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent.
 

Applications: SPP-10 is used in air dry, low temperature bake, and UV coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 5-15% of total formula weight.
 
SPP–25 SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent.
 

Applications: SPP-25 is used in both air dry and baked coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 5-15% of total formula weight.
 
SPP–300 SPP-300 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent.
 

Applications: SPP-300 is used in both air dry and baked coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 5-20% of total formula weight.
 
SPP–40 SPP-40 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent.
 

Applications: SPP-40 is used in both air dry and baked coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 5-15% of total formula weight.
 
TexMATTE 6005 TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.
 

Applications: TexMATTE 6005 is used in all inks and coatings at a recommended level of 5.0-10.0% of the total formula weight. TexMATTE 6005 is recommended for use in solvent, aqueous, and UV systems.
 
TexMATTE 6010 TexMATTE 6010 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.
 

Applications: TexMATTE 6010 is used in both liquid and offset inks as well as UV coatings at a recommended level of 5.0-10.0% of the total formula weight.
 
TexMATTE 6014 TexMATTE 6014 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.
 

Applications: TexMATTE 6014 is used in both liquid and offset inks as well as UV coatings at a recommended level of 5.0-10.0% of the total formula weight.
 
TexMATTE 6017 TexMATTE 6017 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.
 

Applications: TexMATTE 6017 is used in both liquid and offset inks as well as UV coatings at a recommended level of 5.0-15.0% of the total formula weight.

TexMATTE Series TexMATTE 6000 Series consists of cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate products in a range of controlled particle sizes.
