Fluoro P77

FEP Powder

FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) and PTFE both have high dielectric constants, chemical resistance, and a low coefficient of friction, but unlike PTFE, FEP is a melt processable fluoropolymer.

Product Description

Fluoro P77 is a FEP powder used in applications where release properties are required. Fluoro P77 offers high gloss and smoothness when fused.

Fluoro P77 is used in industrial coatings cured at high temperatures (ex. PAI, PES, PPS). Fluoro P77 can be used as a binder with PTFE for solid lubricant coatings.
