Aquapel Aquapel can be used in a wide range of lithographic inks to control water pick up and thus increase color strength, reduce dot gain, and improve overall print quality. A hydrophobic additive to control water pickup in inks. Used in lithographic inks.

Applications: Aquapel is used in the ink industry. It is recommended for offset inks as a problem solver. Aquapel’s main benefit is to ensure a stable ink in water balance; especially for the long runs on high speed web presses. This product is a good stabilizer of the water pick-up in the ink on the image areas of the plate. It is also easy to uniformally disperse in paste inks. Recommended Level of Addition: Max 1%
Aquapel Three Aquapel Three can be used in a wide range of lithographic inks to control water pick up and thus increase color strength and improve overall print quality.

Applications: Aquapel Three is used in the ink industry. It is recommended for offset inks as a problem solver. Aquapel Three’s main benefit is to ensure a stable ink in water balance especially for the long runs on high speed presses. Aquapel Three is a good stabilizer of the water pick-up in the ink on the image areas of the plate. Aquapel Three is easy to uniformally disperse in paste inks. Recommended Level of Addition: 4-5% of the total formula weight.
CeraFLOW E CeraFLOW E is a 100% synthetic hydrogenated hydrocarbon fluid.

Applications: CeraFLOW E series may be used in makeup bases, foundations, lipsticks, mascara, nail enamel and haircare products.
Fluoro P77 Fluoro P77 is a FEP powder used in applications where release properties are required. Fluoro P77 offers high gloss and smoothness when fused.

Applications: Fluoro P77 is used in industrial coatings cured at high temperatures (ex. PAI, PES, PPS). Fluoro P77 can be used as a binder with PTFE for solid lubricant coatings.
Hydropel AF Hydropel AF is a micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing multiple melting peaks ranging from 91 – 145°C.

Applications: Hydropel AF is recommended for aqueous coating systems used in architectural finishes.

Hydropel GP Hydropel GP is a wax alloy showing multipile melting peaks ranging from 41 – 101°C.

Applications: Hydropel GP is used in both air dry and baked coatings. Hydropel GP is recommended for solvent and aqueous coating systems.

Hydropel QB Hydropel QB is a blend of paraffin and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 50 – 105°C.

Applications: Hydropel QB is recommended for aqueous coating systems. Hydropel QB is recommended in finishes for wood, concrete, industrial, decorative and any applications that require hydrophobicity and water beading. Due to its ability to repel water, Hydropel QB is also recommended in sealants and gaskets applications.
