Wax/UV Compound (Previously EverGlide UV 636)

Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.
 

Product Description

CeraSPERSE UV 636 is carnauba wax dispersed in the UV monomer TRPGDA.
 

Application

 
CeraSPERSE UV 636 is used in UV topcoats at a level of 2.0-4.0% of total formula weight.
