AquaFLON® 178G AquaFLON® 178G is a stable aqueous dispersion of a blend of a synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Applications: AquaFLON® 178G is used in water-based inks and industrial coatings. AquaFLON® 178G is recommended for both clear and pigmented compositions, at 1-5% of active solids to the total formula weight.
AquaFLON® 50 AquaFLON® 50 is an aqueous dispersion containing submicron PTFE.

Applications: AquaFLON® 50 is recommended for a wide variety of specialty applications in inks and coatings such as overprint varnishes for can coatings and water-based inkjet formulations. Due to its extremely small particle size, AquaFLON® 50 is most suitable for thin film applications at a suggested recommended level of 1-5% solids to the total formula weight.
AquaFLON® 52 AquaFLON® 52 is a nonionic aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Applications: AquaFLON® 52 is recommended for flexographic and gravure water-based inks and specialty coatings. It is used at 1-5%of the total formula weight.
AquaFLON® 60 AquaFLON® 60 is a self-stable 60% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
dispersion in water.

Applications: AquaFLON® 60 offers PTFE’s inherently excellent lubrication properties in a proprietary, self-stable water dispersion.  AquaFLON® 60 is ideal for all water-borne coating and lubricant systems.  Its small, uniformly-sized particles (1-3 µm) dispersed in an aqueous system, make it easy to incorporate into a wide range of applications including;

AquaFLON® 605 AquaFLON® 605 is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in a stable aqueous dispersion.

Applications: AquaFLON® 605 is recommended for a wide variety of specality applications in inks and coatings. Due to its extremely small particle size, AquaFLON® 605 is most suitable for thin film applications and clear overprint varnishes at 1-5% solids to the total formula weight.
AquaFLON® 797 AquaFLON® 797 is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion of synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Applications: AquaFLON® 797 is recommended for flexographic and gravure water-based inks. This product is also used in a wide variety of industrial coatings, wood finishes, and composite treatments at 1-5% of active solids to the total formula weight.
AquaFLON® MG AquaFLON® MG is an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and carnauba wax.

Applications: AquaFLON® MG is recommended for thin film compositions like can coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes at 2-4% of total formula weight.
CeraSPERSE 171 CeraSPERSE 171 is a synthetic wax compounded in refined linseed oil.
 

Applications: CeraSPERSE 171 is used in sheetfed inks at a recommended level of 5.0-8.0%. This compound can also be used in UV topcoats. This product is a soft paste that can be easily handled or pumped and readily dispersed into ink compositions with minimum mixing.
CeraSPERSE 174 CeraSPERSE 174 is synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compounded in refined linseed oil.

Applications: CeraSPERSE 174 is used in sheetfed inks at a recommended level of 4.0-6.0%. This compound can also be used in UV topcoats. CeraSPERSE 174 is a high performance paste compound that provides  excellent rub and slip properties along with good gloss retention. This product has a soft rheology, and will easily and uniformly disperse in lithographic compositions at any stage of the ink processing.
 
CeraSPERSE 31 CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol™ (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems.
 

Applications: CeraSPERSE 31 is used in various coating formulations at a level of 2.0-3.0%. It is recommended for solvent-based and water-based coatings.
 
CeraSPERSE 321BG CeraSPERSE 321BG is a compound of waxes and PTFE in Butyl CARBITOL™ (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides improved compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems.
 

Applications: CeraSPERSE 321BG is used for can coatings. At 2-4% of the total formual weight, CeraSPERSE 321BG imparts excellent slip and abrasion resistance while withstanding retort conditions and maintaining post-quenching slip.  It can be used in both solvent-based and water-based coatings.
CeraSPERSE 442DV CeraSPERSE 442DV is a dark colored compound of wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in ink oil.

Applications: CeraSPERSE 442DV is used in offset inks at a recommended level of 2.0-5.0% of total formula weight. It is recommended for heatset inks.
 
CeraSPERSE UV 636 CeraSPERSE UV 636 is carnauba wax dispersed in the UV monomer TRPGDA.
 

Applications:  
CeraSPERSE UV 636 is used in UV topcoats at a level of 2.0-4.0% of total formula weight.
 
CeraSPERSE UV 691 CeraSPERSE UV 691 is a high melting synthetic wax finely dispersed in the UV monomer TRPGDA.
 

Applications:  
CeraSPERSE UV 691 is used in UV topcoats at a recommended level of 2.0-4.0% of total formula weight.
FluoroSPERSE® 153V FluoroSPERSE® 153V is a dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a universal lithographic system.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® 153V is recommended for offset and heat set lithographic inks at 1-4% of the total formula weight.
 
FluoroSPERSE® 6153V FluoroSPERSE® 6153V is a stable dark colored dispersion of  polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a universal lithographic system.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® 6153V is recommended for use in offset inks at 1-4% of the total formula weight.
 
FluoroSPERSE® 755 FluoroSPERSE® 755 is a dark colored dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a universal lithographic system.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® 755 is recommended for offset and heat set lithographic inks at 1-4% of active solids to the total formula weight.
 
FluoroSPERSE® 7908 FluoroSPERSE® 7908 is dark colored dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a general use lithographic varnish.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® 7908 is widely used in the offset ink industry. It is recommended for heatset inks at 2-4% of total formula weight.
 
FluoroSPERSE® 8233 FluoroSPERSE® 8233 is a dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a soya alkyd vehicle.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® 8233 is used in the ink industry. This light grey dispersion can be used in most ink colors. It has a pourable body consistency which enables this product to readily disperse in lithographic inks with minimum mixing. FluoroSPERSE® 8233 is recommended for offset inks at 1-4% of total formula weight.
 
FluoroSPERSE® 966 FluoroSPERSE® 966 is a finely micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in a petrolatum and soya alkyd drying oil.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® 966 is recommended for offset and heat set inks at 2-4% of the total formula weight.
 
FluoroSPERSE® UV 515T FluoroSPERSE® UV-515T is a stable 30% dispersion of high density polyethylene and PTFE in trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) monomer.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® UV-515T can be used in all UV inks and coatings. FluoroSPERSE® UV-515T is especially recommended for low odor flexible packaging applications where low odor, low volatility, fast curing, and low migration are desired. FluoroSPERSE® UV-515T imports increased hardness, abrasion/scratch resistance, mar/scuff resistance and anti-blocking characteristics to the coating at dosage levels of 4-5% by weight. Simple stirring is all that is needed to incorporate this pre-wetted dispersion. The PTFE in this product also contributes to a low COF and a high temperature resistance.
 
FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 is a 40% dispesion of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) in TRPGDA monomer.
 

Applications: FluoroSPERSE® UV 808 is recommended for  UV inks and coatings at a recommended level of 3.0-5.0% of PTFE to the total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer 145 Hydrocer 145 is a non-ionic aqueous amide wax dispersion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer 145 is recommended for use in the water-based coating systems at a recommended level of 3.0-6.0% of total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer 257 Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer 257 is recommended for water-based ink and coating systems at a recommended level of 3.0-6.0% of total formula weight. Note: Keep from freezing.  Mix well prior to use.
 
Hydrocer 357 Hydrocer 357 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous spherical synthetic wax dispersion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer 357 is recommend for water-based ink and coating systems at a recommended level of 3.0-6.0% of total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer 7112 Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer 7112 is recommend for water-based ink and coating systems at a recommended level of 3.0-4.0% of total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer 7206 Hydrocer 7206 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer 7206 is recommend for water-based ink and coating systems at a recommended level of 3.0-6.0% of total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer DP-69 Hydrocer DP-69 is an aqueous paraffin wax microdispersion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer DP-69 is used in both aqueous ink and coatings systems at a recommended level of 5.0-10.0% of the total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer EE-95 Hydrocer EE-95 is an anionic, high-density synthetic wax emulsion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer EE-95 is used in both air dry and baked coatings.  It is also used in liquid inks for flexographic systems. Hydrocer EE-95 is recommeneded for use at 5.0-10.0% of active solids to the total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer EP-91 Hydrocer EP-91 is a anionic aqueous paraffin wax emulsion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer EP-91 is recommended for both aqueous ink and coating systems at a recommended level of 5.0-10.0% of the total formula weight.
 
Hydrocer ER-77 Hydrocer ER-77 is a non-ionic APEO-free polypropylene emulsion.
 

Applications: Hydrocer ER-77 is used in both air dry and baked coatings as well as liquid inks at a recommended level of 6.0 – 10% of the total formula weight. Hydrocer ER-77 is recommended for flexographic ink and aqueous coating systems. 
 
UltraMATTE UV 50 GDA UltraMATTE UV 50GDA is a high matting synthetic wax-silica dispersion in TRPGDA monomer.
 

Applications: UltraMATTE UV 50 GDA is used in the UV inks and coatings industry at a recommended level of ≥ 5.0% of the total formula weight. In graphic arts, it is recommended for both liquid UV and paste offset UV inks. It is also recommended for matte, semi-matte, and satin effect in UV OPV.
